I've always rather liked Bonsai trees. For many years I had said that 'one day' I would have a go at Bonsai. But it was just one of those things I never got around to.
Five years on, I have learned a lot but still consider myself a complete beginner.
I decided to start this blog primarily as for my own benefit. To record my Bonsai journey and what I have learned and am learning. To record the progress of my trees. To help add a bit of structure and discipline to what I am doing.
I have gained a lot by joining the Berkshire Bonsai Society which, as luck would have it, has its meetings only a few miles away from me. (See links in sidebar)
